Job summary

Grand Bay hotel is seeking a dedicated Barista to deliver best-in-class beverage service in a design-forward setting. You will engage guests, prepare beverages, and maintain an inviting cafe atmosphere, ensuring accuracy in orders and food and beverage knowledge.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in food & beverage, with required certifications, reliable attendance, and a customer-first mindset. Reception, mobility, and team support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in Food & Beverage
• Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and build rapport using guest names
• Prepare hot/cold beverages per recipes and menu knowledge
• Enter orders into POS accurately and promptly
• Ensure cafe area is clean, organized and well stocked
• Maintain daily inventory and communicate low stock items
