Tao Group Hospitality in Las Vegas is seeking part-time bartenders with professional beverage experience to join our busy venues. You will warmly welcome guests, take orders, craft drinks, and ensure accurate POS transactions while upholding safety and service standards.

The role emphasizes high-volume service, attentiveness, and teamwork in a dynamic casino/nightclub setting. Training will cover Tao standards and in-venue procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional beverage experience.
• Previous bartender experience in high-volume venues.
• Experience in nightclub/lounge environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Anticipate and accommodate guests' needs.
• Provide professional, exceptional service and beverage knowledge.
• Present menus and answer questions about items and specials.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS and handle payments.
• Ensure bar and lounge areas are clean and well organized.
• Maintain knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality brands and venues.
• Work as part of a team and assist with opening/closing duties.
