Job summary

Rivers Casino is seeking a Banquet Server (Part-Time) to deliver exceptional guest service at our banquet events on the casino floor. You will set up spaces, learn menu details, take accurate orders, and ensure a polished, professional presence with a focus on hospitality and teamwork.

The role requires English proficiency, the ability to work under pressure, and a flexible weekend/holiday schedule. Prior experience is preferred, and RAM P certification is required.

Qualifications

• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver service during busy periods.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Friendly, neat appearance and helpful demeanor.
• Must complete R.A.M.P. certification.
• Strong teamwork and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the sequence of service for every guest; ensure consistent, high-quality experience.
• Set up banquet spaces and maintain cleanliness.
• Know menu items, specials, and pricing to assist guests.
• Serve food and beverages at banquet events on the Casino floor.
• Take accurate orders with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with current wine list and varieties.
• Uphold high standards in appearance and work ethic.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area at all times.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and courteously.
