Qualifikationen

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.
• Knowledge of table settings and serviceware.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items.

• Set up banquet room as instructed by Supervisor.
• Attend roll calls before events to learn function details.
• Greet guests and respond to requests politely.
• Serve food and beverages according to Supervisor’s directions.
• Promptly clear dishes and reset the room for the next function.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
