The Watermark Hotel in Tysons, VA is seeking a Banquet Bartender Part-Time to prepare and serve beverages for hotel banquets on-site, coordinating with banquet staff and following hotel standards.

You must have at least one year of bartending experience or a bartender certification; TIPS or CARE certification is preferred or obtainable. The role requires English communication, customer service, and the ability to stay active during shifts.

Qualifications

• At least one year of bartending experience or bartender certification is preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• TIPS or CARE certification is desired, or the ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to recipe and brand standards.
• Set up, maintain, and break down event bars.
• Handle payments using the POS system.
• Restock supplies and complete inventory and paperwork.
• Follow alcohol laws, safety rules and sanitation procedures.
• Coordinate with banquet staff during events.
