The role requires knowledge of alcohol laws, relevant certifications, teamwork, and the ability to work independently with a flexible schedule. TIPs certification is preferred and a background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions, and recommend food pairings.
• Mix drinks and experiment with menus.
• Plan and develop drink menus.
• Handle transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain a clean work area and washing of glasses and equipment.
• Adhere to federal and state age limits and safety procedures.
• Limited kitchen and food preparation is expected.
• Basic computer skills.
