Citigroup Inc. is seeking an entry-level Teller in Sunnyvale, CA to support daily branch activities and deliver high-quality client services. You will handle routine transactions, educate customers on digital tools, and identify opportunities to refer Citi products to meet clients' goals.

This part-time role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced banking environment.

Competenze

High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous relevant experience preferred.
Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
Money handling experience.
Effective problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team oriented environment.

Mansioni

Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer service.
Perform banking transactions including cash deposits, managing branch cash, and maintaining vault cash.
Identify referral opportunities for Citi products based on clients' financial goals.
Educate clients on Citi digital and self-service options.
Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure safety of client and bank assets.
Meet client needs and address issues, escalating as needed.
