Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for delivering high-level customer service.
• Minimum two years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Experience with Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional etiquette/service mindset.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with strong confidentiality.
• Ability to travel to other Peoples Bank locations for meetings/trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to new and existing customers.
• Accurately process customer checking, savings, loan, and CD transactions.
• Perform customer/account maintenance tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries about accounts, loans, debit cards, transfers and research requests.
• Assess customer needs and refer to banking partners as appropriate.
