Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions and refer customers to appropriate business partners.
• Perform daily office responsibilities and maintain efficient operation of the office.
• Maintain accurate balancing records and correct outages as needed.
• Keep knowledge of bank policies and procedures up to date.
• Refer customers to bankers and partners for consultative conversations.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies.
