Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular, 1st shift retail banking professional in the United States. You will handle client transactions, promote digital banking tools, and support sales through outbound client outreach.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in teller or client service roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask while following bank procedures and policies. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and use PC software.
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs may be required; weekend/extended hours possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with transaction handling and service.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATM, Online, Mobile banking).
• Support sales through client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
