Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and online banking.
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations tasks in line with bank policies.
