Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the branch team to meet financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
