Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time team member in Hickory, NC to provide timely and accurate processing of client transactions while delivering superior service. You will help clients understand digital and self-service options and support outbound calling to identify needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with travel/overnights may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous service while processing transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options.
• Support sales by outbound calls and referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
