Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers by phone as a Customer Service Representative.
• Greet, engage, and develop professional relationships with customers.
• Process telephone requests (stop payments, balance inquiries, transfers, check orders, reconciliation).
• Provide accurate account maintenance and extraordinary customer service.
• Adhere to security procedures and protect customer confidentiality.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
