Job summary

Bank of Utah is seeking a Part-Time Banking Associate I to join our Orem branch. You will deliver accurate transactions, offer excellent service, and help build trust with clients while maintaining branch standards.

The role supports standard banking operations and contributes to a positive client experience. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work Mon–Fri from 10 AM to 3 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled branch hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Process routine account transactions and inquiries in person or by phone.
• Handle cash accurately with security and dual control.
• Provide courteous, solutions-oriented customer service and resolve questions.
