Job summary

Bank of Utah in Brigham City is seeking a Banking Associate to join our Brigham Branch on a part-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 12 PM–5:45 PM. You will be the face of the bank, delivering accurate transactions and exceptional service while building trust with clients.

The role develops core banking knowledge, supports client and transaction needs, and contributes to a safe, positive branch experience. Qualifications include high school diploma and customer service experience preferred; 18+ to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled branch hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Process routine account transactions and inquiries in person or by phone.
• Accurately handle, organize, and count cash with security and professionalism.
• Provide courteous, solutions-oriented service and support client questions.
• Proactively address and resolve conflicts through active listening and collaboration.
• Grow knowledge of bank products and services to assist clients with everyday needs.
• Execute daily operations per regulatory requirements and branch policies.
• Open/close procedures; support reporting and tasks with the Branch Banking Manager.
• Recognize indicators of fraud and escalate concerns as needed.
• Promote service excellence through teamwork and communication.
