Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn banking products, policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow and arranging meetings.
• Assist with transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions and sharing product knowledge with clients.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling activities in line with bank policies.
