Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts in accordance with policies.
• Educate clients on using self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients and experts.
• Perform branch operations that may include managing cash devices while following bank policies.
