Chase is looking for a Part Time Associate Banker at the Southport Emerson Branch in Indianapolis, IN. The role focuses on delivering outstanding client service, handling transactions, and guiding customers in using digital banking tools.

You'll build relationships by listening to clients, recommending suitable products, and collaborating with branch experts to help customers achieve their financial goals. This position is on-site with a 20-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn banking products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile app, Chase.com and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions and providing product solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies.
