Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following all policies and requirements.
• Educate clients on using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for their banking needs.
• Build trusted relationships by actively listening and understanding client goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and use of cash devices while adhering to policies.
