JP Morgan Chase Overland Park is hiring an Associate Banker for the Bluhawk Branch. This part-time 30-hour role focuses on delivering warm, personalized service to clients in a busy branch, while promoting Chase digital banking tools and solutions.

The Associate Banker will greet clients, open accounts, assist with transactions, and build lasting relationships. You will work closely with the branch team to meet financial goals and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong client-service orientation and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and equipment like cash vaults or ATMs per bank procedures.
