Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow with a tablet.
Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients, partnering with the team to meet financial goals.
Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
