Chase Leawood branch is seeking a Part Time Associate Banker to support daily branch operations, greet clients, and handle transactions with accuracy and care. You will help customers use Chase Mobile and online tools, open accounts, and introduce them to banking solutions, while delivering friendly, personalized service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships.
• Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and assisting with transactions.
• Open new accounts and advise on products while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices in line with bank procedures.
