Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients or related experiences (volunteering, education, military).
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication; concise and clear.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Process everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while identifying clients' needs.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve options; refer to partners as needed.
• Understand basic banking products to assess and recommend client solutions.
• Handle a broad range of client transactions within established limits.
• Escalate non-standard issues per policy when necessary.
