Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution and referrals to partners.
• Educate clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and well-being.
• Assist with everyday banking transactions and basic consumer account needs.
• Ensure compliant and responsible outcomes by balancing client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness.
• Support in outbound/inbound acquisition efforts and refer opportunities to specialists as needed.
