Job summary
BMO is seeking a part-time Retail Banking Sales & Service Associate in Grand Junction, CO. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer service, guiding clients through digital options, and identifying opportunities to expand banking relationships.

Qualifications
- Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification desirable.
- Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones and online tools.
- Experience in consultative customer service or sales.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business banking solutions.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers in the branch lobby and advise on digital/self-serve options.
- Identify customer needs and provide guidance on financial solutions.
- Collaborate with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities and expand relationships.
- Deliver personal banking and investment advice where appropriate.
- Support branch operations and risk/compliance processes while meeting customer service goals.
