Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones, following all policies and banking rules.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with colleagues.
Perform branch operations tasks as needed per policy.
