Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage lobby flow; greet clients, check them into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and opening of new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital solutions, including mobile app, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge and solutions with the team.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
