The role focuses on welcoming clients, opening accounts, and guiding customers through digital banking tools to meet their financial goals. In this part-time position, you will work in a branch setting, delivering friendly service, maintaining accuracy, and collaborating with team members to support branch success.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn banking products quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow, including scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank procedures.
