Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts, while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs for convenient access anytime.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like cash vaults and ATMs, in compliance with bank policies.
