Responsibilities

Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and banking requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options.
Build relationships through active listening and product knowledge to help clients reach financial goals.
Assist in branch operations such as cash handling while following bank procedures.
