Responsibilities

• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including mobile and online banking tools.
• Build relationships by actively listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices while following bank policies.
