Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming branch environment and greet clients, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening of new accounts while following policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and handle cash devices in accordance with bank policies.
