Job summary

Gate City Bank in Minot Downtown is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to help customers with routine banking transactions, open accounts, and provide a welcoming, accurate experience. This in-office role offers 20–29 hours per week, Monday through Friday with some Saturday rotations.

You will balance cash drawers, follow security policies, and promote bank products to meet customer needs. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–2 years in customer service, cash

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales is preferred.
