You will serve as the frontline representative, processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments while ensuring accuracy and security. You will educate customers on digital tools, assist with inquiries, and refer complex needs to branch partners. The role requires a high school diploma or GED; prior banking or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills with the ability to create positive customer interactions.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate and proficient math skills.
• Knowledge of banking procedures and security compliance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with verification of customer identity.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options to enhance convenience and confidence.
• Identify opportunities to direct customers to appropriate team members for additional services or solutions.
• Support branch operations by assisting with customer flow, lobby engagement, and routine tasks as needed.
