Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of prior customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent technology acuity and computer systems knowledge.
• Ability to efficiently use multiple computer programs and systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Receive deposits and verify cash and endorsements.
• Examine checks and determine funds availability.
• Process savings withdrawals and cash checks with proper ID.
• Identify counterfeit currency.
• Answer basic customer inquiries regarding rates and service charges.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer complex issues to other departments.
• Count and roll coins and issue money orders and cashier’s checks.
• Accept loan payments and manage currency in vault as needed.
• Balance drawer daily and maintain currency logs.
• Follow all bank policies and procedures.
