Job summary

Gate City Bank in Devils Lake is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Devils Lake Office. You will handle customer transactions, assist with account support, and provide friendly, passionate service in a collaborative team environment.

The role includes guaranteed 20-29 hours per week with in-office hours Mon-Fri 10:00 AM–5:00 PM (11:00 AM start one day per week) and two Saturdays per month, plus a $5/hour differential for Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions
• Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding
• Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy
• Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines
