Job summary

Gate City Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at our Devils Lake Office. You will handle customer transactions, assist with account support, and deliver friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment.

The schedule is in-office with 20–29 hours per week; hours include a Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM shift (11:00 AM start one day weekly) and two Saturdays per month 8:45 AM–1:15 PM with a $5/hour Saturday differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, helpful experience by assisting customers with everyday banking transactions.
• Build relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding.
• Open new accounts and educate customers on products and services that fit their needs.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy.
• Follow all service, security, and compliance guidelines.
