Job summary

The Sports Facilities Management, LLC, in Branson, MO, is seeking a part-time Cook to support Catering and Concessions at Ballparks of America and Sho-Me Baseball. This role reports to the Food and Beverage Manager and focuses on delivering quality service and consistent products in a busy venue.

Responsibilities include cooking and preparing food, serving in correct portions and temperatures, maintaining equipment and stock, and assisting in warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow both oral and written instructions.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food.
• Serves food in proper pre-determined portion sizes and at the correct temperature.
• Maintains appearance of all equipment and serving counters.
• Maintains inventory in the stock room.
• Cleans kitchen area before and after business hours.
• Scrubs, sanitizes, and stores pots and pans, utensils, and dishes.
• Performs other related duties as required; assists in venue distribution/warehouse operations.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
