Qualifications

• Retail or similar customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage in cross-selling.
• Ability to operate a register and stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide warm, professional service.
• Process sales, returns, exchanges, and multiple payment types accurately.
• Manage customer profiles, promotional offers, and coupon redemption in the POS.
• Execute Ship to Home orders and capture accurate salesperson data.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash wrap and queue line.
• Support visual merchandising and provide product feedback to management.
• Answer phones and handle customer inquiries professionally.
