Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a background in dance are required.
• Teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow a standardized class curriculum and deliver engaging lessons.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute classes following the Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and sales using a POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.
