Job summary

Tutu School is seeking energetic instructors to teach young dancers in a boutique ballet environment. We look for hearts that thrive on creativity and strong communication with families, with a commitment to our carefully crafted curriculum.

Ideally, candidates have ballet experience, teaching ability, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Onsite studio positions include onboarding and ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and camaraderie in a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Strong background in dance and ballet.
• Great communication skills.
• Commitment to curriculum.
• Teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's carefully crafted Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.
