Tutu School New Orleans is seeking instructors with a strong ballet background and a love for teaching young dancers. You will lead 45-minute classes that follow our carefully crafted curriculum and engage with families to foster a positive studio experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of teaching ballet, strong communication, and weekend availability, with a passion for nurturing creativity in children aged 6 months to 8 years.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience in ballet preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• Strong communication with families and clients.

• Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.

• Communicate effectively with management and administration.

• Experience in dancing with a ballet background is strongly preferred
• High school or equivalent is preferred
• 2+ years teaching experience is preferred

Tutu School is a collection of quaint boutique ballet schools that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 6 months to 8 years old. It is a place where students are urged to fully exercise their imaginations as well as their bodies, and where we not only focus on teaching children age-appropriate motor skills and the fundamental principles of ballet but also expose them to the world of classical music and the enchanting stories of famous ballets.
