Job summary

Tutu School Lake Norman is looking for enthusiastic instructors to lead ballet classes for children aged 6 months to 8 years. Candidates should possess strong dance backgrounds and a passion for nurturing creativity in young dancers.

The role includes leading structured classes, maintaining a positive learning environment, and engaging with students' families. Teaching experience is preferred but training is provided, ensuring a supportive community for all teachers.

Qualifications

• Experience in dancing with a ballet background is required.

• High school or equivalent is preferred.

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer questions about class promotions.

• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking.

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School's carefully crafted Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport and communication with students' families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.
