Job summary

Tutu School Decatur is seeking passionate instructors to lead ballet-based classes for young dancers and to uphold our nurturing, creativity-driven curriculum that blends movement with imagination. Ideal candidates will have a strong dance background, excellent communication with families, and prior teaching or childcare experience.

• Build rapport and communication with students’ families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.
