Join Our Team as a Part Time Baker at Harris Teeter

We are hiring for a Part Time Baker position at Harris Teeter. This role involves baking products according to standards, processing, packaging, and stocking Fresh Foods products, cleaning work areas, providing customer service, unloading stock, and reloading salvage.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent.
2. Must be at least 18 years old.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to read, comprehend, and write in English.
5. Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction involving money and weight measurements.
6. Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems with concrete variables.
7. Completion of company training in areas such as food sanitation, safety, and customer service.
8. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with the ability to reach, bend, and perform other physical tasks.
