This is a part-time position responsible for baking products according to standards, processing, packaging, and stocking Fresh Foods products, cleaning work areas, providing customer service, unloading stock, and reloading salvage.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Personal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills; willingness to participate in training; ability to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
2. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience/training; or equivalent combination.
3. Language Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and communication in English; effective in small group and one-on-one presentations.
4. Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform addition and subtraction with two-digit numbers using units of money and weight.
5. Reasoning Ability: Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
6. Certificates and Licenses: Completion of company training including orientation, food sanitation, safety, and product knowledge.
7. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, handle objects, reach, talk, hear, taste, smell, climb, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 50 pounds). Specific vision abilities required.
8. Work Environment: Moderate to loud noise, exposure to extreme temperatures, moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals. Reasonable accommodations available.
