Job Title: Part Time Baker at Harris Teeter

Position Details: This is a part-time position responsible for baking products according to standards, processing, packaging, and stocking Fresh Foods products, cleaning work areas, providing customer service, unloading stock, and reloading salvage.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team.
4. Ability to read, write, and present information effectively in English.
5. Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction with money and weight measurements.
6. Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
7. Completion of company's training programs such as food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
8. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, with the ability to reach and perform other physical tasks.
9. Work environment involves exposure to varying temperatures, moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and noise.
