This is a part-time position. The primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs, exceeding expectations, and making every shopping visit pleasant. Responsibilities include following proper bagging procedures, providing carryout and parcel pickup services, loading merchandise into customer vehicles, and returning shopping carts to the store.

Associates must be at least 16 years old.
Personal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to participate in and complete required training, and work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
Language Skills: Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to write simple correspondence in English. Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and associates who speak only English.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Completion of the company's training, including new hire orientation, customer service, safety, bagger skills, and product knowledge.
Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, and smell. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must regularly lift/move up to 40 pounds and reach from 6 to 72 inches. Specific vision abilities include close vision and depth perception.
