Responsibilities:

• Bag groceries at checkout, striving to pack at least five items per bag without damage.
• Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
• Assist customers by removing merchandise from shopping carts and helping load bags into vehicles.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves, gather and return shopping carts, and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
• Conduct price checks and reinforce safety programs, adhering to safety procedures and food safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs as needed.
• Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflict professionally and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodations.
